Profile Settings
Customize your organization's public presence:
Basic Information
- Display Name β How your organization appears on HopeGives
- Mission Statement β Brief description of your purpose
- Full Description β Detailed information about your organization
- Website URL β Link to your official website
Visual Identity
- Logo β Your organization's logo (recommended: 400x400px)
- Background Image β Banner image for your profile (recommended: 1920x600px)
Contact Information
- Primary Contact β Name and role
- Email β Main contact email
- Phone β Contact phone number
- Address β Physical location
Payment Settings
Configure how your organization receives donations:
Payment Gateway
Choose and connect your preferred payment processor:
- PayPal β Connect your PayPal business account
- Stripe β Connect via Stripe Connect
Payout Configuration - Applied in your PayPal or Stripe Account
- Payout Email β Where to receive payout notifications
- Payout Frequency β Daily, weekly, or monthly
- Minimum Payout β Threshold before initiating payout
Missionary Settings
If your organization supports missionaries:
- Allow Missionaries β Enable/disable missionary applications
- Approval Required β Require approval for missionary applications
- Manage Applications β Under User management -> Missionaries
Team Management
Control who can manage your organization:
Adding Team Members
- Go to Org Dashboard β User Management β Team Members
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address
- Assign their role
Available Roles
- Owner β Full access, can transfer ownership
- Admin β Full access except ownership transfer and Payment Settings
- Missionary β Post campaigns and manage donations received b their campaign
