Profile Settings
Customize your organization's public presence:
Basic Information
- Display Name — How your organization appears on HopeGives
- Mission Statement — Brief description of your purpose
- Full Description — Detailed information about your organization
- Website URL — Link to your official website
Visual Identity
- Logo — Your organization's logo (recommended: 400x400px)
- Background Image — Banner image for your profile (recommended: 1920x600px)
Contact Information
- Primary Contact — Name and role
- Email — Main contact email
- Phone — Contact phone number
- Address — Physical location
Payment Settings
Configure how your organization receives donations:
Payment Gateway
Choose and connect your preferred payment processor:
- PayPal — Connect your PayPal business account
- Stripe — Connect via Stripe Connect
Payout Configuration - Applied in your PayPal or Stripe Account
- Payout Email — Where to receive payout notifications
- Payout Frequency — Daily, weekly, or monthly
- Minimum Payout — Threshold before initiating payout
Missionary Settings
If your organization supports missionaries:
- Allow Missionaries — Enable/disable missionary applications
- Approval Required — Require approval for missionary applications
- Manage Applications — Under User management -> Missionaries
Team Management
Control who can manage your organization:
Adding Team Members
- Go to Org Dashboard → User Management → Team Members
- Click "Invite Member"
- Enter their email address
- Assign their role
Available Roles
- Owner — Full access, can transfer ownership
- Admin — Full access except ownership transfer and Payment Settings
- Missionary — Post campaigns and manage donations received b their campaign

Control what emails your organization receives:
- New donation notifications
- Campaign updates
- Missionary application alerts
- Payout notifications
- Weekly/monthly summaries
