Gathering Grace African Orphan Care Mission

I have a huge love for children and two of my children were adopted from Guatemala and Ethiopia. I fell in love with these countries. When I visited Ethiopia during my son Samuel’s adoption process , my eyes were opened to the need for continued help for children there. God also blessed me with amazing new friends during the adoption process who also have a heart for the Lord and his precious children. I am planning to join one of those friends on a 10-day mission trip in August 2026 through Gathering Grace. Gathering Grace is a Christ-centered non-profit committed to the well-being and future of orphaned, abandoned, and at-risk children, bringing them hope and the support they deserve. Their mission is to provide holistic and sustainable support that addresses each child’s spiritual, medical, nutritional, educational, and essential living needs, particularly in Africa. We will be visiting Good Samaritan Orphanage in Kenya and My Father’s House Orphanage in Ethiopia. We will be supporting these orphanages and connecting children with church families in their areas who want to love these children as their own. Thank you for your support!
